    Enter your e-mail address – you receive a confirmation link.

  3. Contract

    Enter your contract details and store a payment method – nothing is charged until our collective invoice after registration.

  4. Online

    We register the domain and send you the access details for the customer portal.

How much does a domain cost?
See the yearly price per extension above, incl. 19 % VAT. Each domain is billed for twelve months with our collective invoice on the 1st of the month after registration or the renewal date.
Can I move my domain to another provider later?
Yes. Request the authorisation code (AuthInfo) in the customer portal; we send it free of charge by e-mail, even if an invoice is outstanding. The contract for the domain ends when the transfer is complete. Consumers get fees already paid for the time after that refunded pro rata by day; businesses get no refund.
How do I cancel?
Via "Cancel contracts" in the customer portal, without logging in via "Cancel contracts here", or by e-mail. It takes effect at the end of the term per the deadline for each extension (terms, annex A); consumers can cancel at any time with one month's notice after the first term. We confirm receipt and the effective date in writing.
